At Puppy Yoga Social, we understand that plans can change. Because our puppy yoga classes have limited spots and require advance preparation, the following refund policy applies to all bookings.

Cancellations by Participants

​

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class may receive a class credit or the option to reschedule for a future class.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class are not eligible for refunds or credits.

• No-shows will not receive a refund or credit.

Rescheduling

​

If you need to reschedule your class, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled session, and we will do our best to accommodate you in a future class if space is available.

Cancellations by Us

​

If Puppy Yoga Social must cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances (such as puppy welfare concerns, instructor illness, or facility issues), participants will receive:

• A full refund, or

• The option to transfer the booking to another class date.

Late Arrivals

​

Participants should arrive 10–15 minutes before class begins. Late arrivals may not be admitted once the class has started to avoid disruption.

​

Late arrivals are not eligible for refunds or credits.
